Description

Here's my version of Scarlett from GI Joe. I like to draw that stuff more realistic than cartoony and all - so that's why she doesn't have a crossbow... ;) Now all I need to do is add the background! Have her sneaking around a Cobra base or about to kill some trooper that can't shoot straight.
